What is Coaching?
Coaching is a respectful guided process of interaction, support and self-discovery over a period of time that encourages and expands your ability to make changes, move forward in new areas and create more of what you desire in your life.
Where are the coaching sessions held?
Coaching sessions are conducted over the phone or via Skype/Zoom/Facetime so you can be wherever you prefer providing its private and safe.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your individual needs and situation. Typically 6 fortnightly sessions work really well. Longer terms can be accommodated subject to availability.
Do the sessions have to be fortnightly?
No. You can book 30 minute weekly sessions if you prefer.
The day and time I want isn’t available in your calendar.
Session times are subject to availability. Due to the nature of this coaching, there is only room for a specific number of clients. We suggest booking your sessions in advance if there is a particular day and time that suits you.
What if I need to speak to you between sessions?
As a client, you have access to two emergency 10-minute calls per month subject to availability.
